It means never paying full price for anything and being persistent about finding a great deal!

There is always a way to find something for less - search coupon sites like RetailMeNot for coupon codes, sign up for emails with your favorite stores to receive exclusive discounts & keep track of your "wish list" items on TheShelf.com so you know when the price falls within your budget.  If you miss out on getting something you love, check eBay or PoshMark for last season's items on sale.

Explain your blog name? 

I chose Penny Pincher Fashion because I wanted readers to instantly know what to expect from my site.  Though I've had many tempting partnership opportunities with more expensive brands, I've never strayed from my original vision of keeping everything on PPF affordable & accessible.
