Frugal Spotlight: Torrid
Torrid is a retail store that has clothing for the trendy yet fashionable plus-size woman. Their clothes range from size 12-28. They not only sell clothing but accessories, footwear and intimates. Although I am not plus-size I have bought a few items from this store for my mother and for myself. I bought a very sleek pair of summer sandals that had a gold snake on them. I also purchased a Red Patent Leather Hello Kitty Bowling bag online from Torrid. Torrid has really evolved over the years and provided many stylish plus size women with options to broaden their wardrobe.
They also have a Loyalty program called "Divastyle" for loyal Torrid Shoppers. There are no membership or sign-up fees and your membership is valid at all stores and online. With this Loyalty program you are eligible for special offers, discounts, a birthday gift and 5% off all your purchases for a year.
